Your Role at CARE

You’ll work across a diverse client base, supporting individuals and families through evidence-based, meaningful occupational therapy services. While there is a strong paediatric focus, our work spans a range of needs and environments.

Your day may include

  • Conducting assessments and developing personalised therapy plans
  • Working across clinic, community, and family settings
  • Building strong, long term relationships with clients and families
  • Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team on complex and rewarding cases

About You

We’re looking for OTs who care deeply about outcomes, value collaboration, and aren’t afraid to think creatively in the best interest of their clients.

You’ll have

  • A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification
  • Full AHPRA registration or eligibility
  • A valid driver’s licence
  • NDIS, Working With Children, and Police Checks or willingness to obtain

Remuneration

Full time: $110,000 – $140,000 based on experience 

Part time:  $100/hr – contractor roles

We welcome applications from new graduates through to senior clinicians.
